"The employees are super friendly and helpful. The conditions are overall good but the facilities need touch up on walls, doors, and other surfaces that are dirty and have handprints.The place has recently been worked on as evidenced by new floors in the units I stayed in and those I was able to see. The cleaning of the units seems to be good overall. "

"Well I came there expecting for them to have a Spa. Because they said that had one on their website. Then I called them before I even came to get the prices for the Spa and they said that the person was not there that day. To me to call back. But it was already time for me to go there so I told myself I would see the prices when I get there. So i get there and there is no Spa. I was very upset. Then they said that they had free breakfast in the morning. But there was no actual breakfast. Only...

"We rented 3 rooms and all 3 rooms were infested with roaches. When we complained to the night manager, she was very nonchalant with her attitude and just asked for the keys back while saying they just had pest control come out!"

"Only thing that would have made it better was hot water. Somehow we missed that in the write up. Everything else was fine. Partner who chose the place thought there were windows (glass) and not screen. Thank goodness I brought electric blankets."

"The Air B & B was amazing. The property and the A B & B was awesone, Clean, Quiet and very comfortable. Although some nights got a bit chilly and this property only had AC no heat. We managed just fine. We left it in perfect conditions according to the directions they wanted it left in. Thank you so much and we will be renting again. We also would recommend this to others. "

"This was 1 of our best vacations. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We loved their dogs. River and Cash would come visit. RV was beautiful and had plenty of space. Clean comfortable. Retreat has a very nice deck to sit out on and watch the Suwannee River flow by so peaceful. Large boat house where we docked our boat. We definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful relaxing place to stay. We hope to return next year. We will bring Sassy with us. Very pet friendly!"
