"Amazing and super friendly staff"

"Cracking hotel- great location for Chester, staff so friendly. The rooms are modern and super clean. Very comfy beds and they've made great use of the space. Pizzas 24/7, we didn't try but saw them and they looked amazing. Free cocktail on check-in. Free tea/coffee/hot choc machine. Will definitely return. Not much parking outside but not an issue at all as there's plenty of secure parking nearby."

"Location wise couldn’t complain Know the building is old but interior dated and in need of renovation. Food wrapper on stairs as well as nuts that weren’t cleaned my whole visit. Definitely could have been a lot cleaner despite its age."

"Excellent quirky hotel in a great location. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely hotel. Great location. Comfy bed and pillows. Good choice for breakfast"

"The hotel is a little tired in places and needs a refurb. However, the staff were fantastic and friendly. The food was excellent."

"Initially couldn't find our booking after a long drive from Edinburgh but was quickly resolved and we couldn't fault this place in any way and will definitely be returning in the future"
