"We had issues with the room which took multiple conversations with the front desk and maintenance to fix- multiple apologies and excuses. In the end issues addressed. Kristen at the Front Desk was extremely helpful. The fact that the pool and the fitness center were closed was a huge dissatisfiers' Area shops are open from 10-4p and not everyday."
