"Very steep hill with hairpin bends leading up to property. Car hire is a must. Walking up the hill in 30 degree heat is no fun. No mention of this in ad. Room was very basic and overpriced for what it was. Pool was fantastic with lovely views. Food was very limited. Staff customer service skills non existent. Wouldn’t recommend Liberatos Village. Too far away from main resort with little to make you want to stay here other than the pool."

"It was a nice hotel, but the rooms are quite outdated and could definitely use some renovation. You can tell that it must have been a beautiful hotel years ago, and it still has a lot of potential. The rooms are cleaned every day, which is a big plus. With some updates and refurbishment, it could be a really great place to stay."

"No lunch or dinner onsite only found out when I checked in so did not eat anything for a whole 24 hours. The rooms had nothing in the fridge. No tea or milk so was disappointed"

"Electra Kefalonia is an amazing hotel and perfect ambience for our Greek Island getaway! The staff was very nice and friendly. We had a wonderful breakfast each morning and a couple of fantastic dinners! The room was comfortable and clean, perfect night of sleep and naps after a day at the beach. We look forward to returning again soon!"

"No one at front desk—a man arrived but did not speak English; we thought he was a guest but he called someone on his cell phone and handed it to me—a woman spoke with me briefly and then the man showed us to our room. Old refrigerator; door did not close, freezer was full of frost. Very few patrons; good because cheap hollow core doors shut very loudly and marble floors very noisy. We could hear two people arguing on higher floor. 3 min walk to nice beach with an attendant bringing drinks. ...

"Sami beach hotel is beautifully designed-it is absolutely gorgeous but the best is the owners Roula and her husband who are warm and friendly,the entire staff is exceptionally professional, polite and knowledgeable which is a clear reflection of a family run business.They all made us feel like family,made sure we were comfortable, words can’t express how happy we were and sad that we left-we are definitely planning on coming back again.
