"Spa was excellent I had a room in The Paddocks and (as a single female) felt quite vulnerable on the 5 minute walk to and from the main building behind quite a tall hedge. Also my room wasn’t made up prior to the second night. The Poolside was lovely, staff were great and food/bar area all as expected. Will visit again (but ensure I’d be staying in the main building). "The hotel is in very good place for turist, next to good pub,also 5 min walk to national train station if you need that. Modern building with 10 flors,lifts, bar and restaurant. Profrssional service,warm welcome by personel, sequrity guard on place making our visit unique wonderful. Recomand that place to any one."

"Your staff, from reception [Olivia] to bar staff and bar manager were so helpful and kind. We also met a couple of other staff members [new there, from your other hotel]. Such lovely people. We wnjoyed speaking with everyone and getting insight about the manor."

"Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bar/restaurant. Check in time was a little off (about 1 hour) which I think was a capacity issue. Spa was great, Sauna and Steam rooms were a little small to match the capacity of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay though apart from the capacity issue. If you’re staying there for the spa treatments, you should confirm availability before booking a room, they seem to have pretty limited slots which is disappointing for anyone planning to relax and complete escape from city buzz."

"The “hotel” is really a series of separate buildings spread out across a large site. There is no central location to meet for drinks/ coffee. The only restaurant is at the top of a hill (accessed by steep stairways/roads ). There appeared to be some golf buggies but it was not clear how these could be accessed. The restaurant was large and cafeteria-like, lacking in atmosphere. There was a restricted menu; no room service available (you have to collect your meal) and I was told at 4.15 that they stopped serving afternoon tea at 4pm ( which is exactly when most people would want it). The room was clean and well decorated but it was very dimly lit and had minimal toiletries ( no shower cap/tissues). At just over £200 a night for a standard double room it was not great value."
