"I think we were hoping for something beyond the normal hotel experience. The issues were more irritants than anything. First, there was the surprise $15 daily parking fee. If that was in the information about Kompose it was well hidden. Second, our room had little surface space. There were the two beds and a small shelf. "Property is very large so lots of walking or calling for a ride. We were on the bottom floor next to the rode so sleeping was tough. We liked the main pool and the staff at Tiki Bar were top rate and very kind. Second bathroom the toilet had no hardware. Called office and they were there to fix it quickly but how does a maid who so called clean the place not notice that."

"Me and my fiancé got a cottage just for me and him and it was beautiful! It made us feel like we were at home with all the amenities we also cooked a home made meal they had all the pans, plates, etc.. we did have to rewash current stuff there was still food on them from who knows when. Also one of the pillow sheets were really dirty we just removed it. Other than that everything was amazing also we loved the H2O water park! We mostly differently will be back !"

"Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo neste hotel. A localização é ótima. A maioria dos funcionários se esforçam para nos entender. A minha única reclamação é que temos que deixar o passaporte nas mãos dos funcionários para que nos deixe usar os tacos de sinuca. Passaporte com visto americano é um documento muito importante e sério para ficar “dando sopa” na mão de funcionários."

"The property was large and very clean, the pool and waterpark was very entertaining for all of us. Our house was amazing, good distance from waterpark (5-10 walk depending on the pace). The breakfast was decent, could use some variety throughout the week. All of us really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!"

Parking was good but i had rented a big suv so the spaces to park closer to the room was more tight to fit wo being to close to the other cars so I had to park in the center of the parking area other than that parking was average.
