"I really wanted to love this place because the location is beautiful, but I left feeling pretty disappointed. The biggest surprise was that there aren't actually any natural hot springs you can visit or soak in. The resort uses pumped in hot spring water, but it had a noticeable chlorine /chemical smell, so it didn't feel like the natural hot springs experience I was expecting. "The room was clean, really big tv and the beds adequately comfortable, nothing super fancy but just what you need for a relaxing stay. Fridge in the room and coffee maker but no microwave which would have been nice. They do provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Loved the Therapy pool and cold plunge. Also sat outside at the fire pit one evening which was nice to chat with other guests. The nearby restaurant at the golf course Isadore’s was great for happy hour. Loved our server Rylan. Also...

"The room was fine and the bed comfy, but the place could use some maintenance. There was a big gap under and around the edges of the door, and the electrical outlets should be replaced as our chargers kept falling out. The location was great for our stay, and with a little bit of love this could be a wonderful place to stay. Would book again if improvements are made"

"If you’re looking for the cleanest, the most comfortable, the best kept property, and privacy THIS IS ABSOLUTELY the place! It was an immaculate experience. My advise? Buy the breakfast - and yes get it delivered to your cabin. It’s 1000% worth it. Daniel is an AMAZING chef. Be sure to stop in to the office for homemade treats each day. Dora is so welcoming and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better couple’s retreat. We’re excited to come back someday!!"

"Room was very clean and housekeeping was quite communicative. The hotel is gorgeous inside and everything is in mint condition. The lobby area has free plates, forks, maps, and coffee! Very comfortable and warming place!! Property was a two minute walk to the river and the views were amazing!"

"It could have been a little cleaner. It needs grab bars in the bath and they could have made it more clear it was up 14 stairs - no elevator. Not suited to elderly. Loved the view and it is very peaceful and mostly private."

"Dinner was over priced and low quality and our hot tub shut off in the middle of the night so it was cold but breakfast was great as was the service in the morning and they let us stay an extra hour so we got to use the hot tub before we left"

"Bathroom Ok equipped. Lacking washclothes, conditioner etc. Kitchen was great. Overall cleanliness was ok, floors and bathroom vent van were dirty. Host was very nice and helpful. "

"I truly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful setting. My only complaint is, when booking a room thru a 3rd party one doesn't know of all the add-on charges they will get charged. I was charged an additional 70 for parking, ground maintenance, and other general stuff. What a surprise."

"Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. "

"Very pretty, peaceful and serene location. I stayed at cabin No.1 for 3 days. The cottage itself was fantastic. It was clean, cozy, neatly organized and it had everything you need in order to spend multiple days and even weeks here, worry free. In all honesty, there is no need for anyone wanting to stay here to bring any extra supplies.
