"Customer service was subpar and communication was horrible. We requested a late check out through the link provided and still got kicked out. We were told it was not approved, then why was it offered??? We had to have housekeeping come in when we first arrived because the furniture had not been wiped down. All of the furniture had nicks in it like someone had a party and trashed the room. We took pictures just in case they tried to charge us. But the beds were comfortable and breakfast was ok."

"King suite was very large and nicely decorated. This was during the week and there were issues - the tv in the bedroom didn’t work the first night. The front desk came up to reset and after 10 minutes we agreed to let someone else try the next day.
