"I don’t remember the name of the lady working when we checked in but she was so friendly and helpful with places to eat. The only thing about the breakfast is it limited so if you’re picky it’s not for you. It suited us just fine though."

With the dim lighting, I did not initially notice the dirty spots and fecal material on the bathroom walls. The television was not functioning properly, displaying a dark blue tint across channels, and the room phone was inoperable, preventing me from contacting staff. I also photographed a cockroach in the room. After driving 13 hours with two pets, I was too exhausted to walk across the building to report these issues in person. At checkout, I showed the photos to the front desk agent, but she offered no comment or acknowledgment. These concerns require immediate attention to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of future guests. I am requesting that management review this matter and respond accordingly.
