"I used the parking for the airport. Shuttle to airport was great. Pick up was not. Called hotel for pickup and stood in area directed. Driver was not told where we were and drove on without picking us up. Had to call for a second pickup which meant we waited in total about 35 minutes for a shuttle. "

"The accommodations were fine, however the only staff member that we interacted with was very short with me, pretentious and down right rude. I believe she was the owner and she was working nights. Poor attitude and lack of manners. She wasn’t accomto us, so I would gather this is her standard of professionalism. Had she been more friendly, better attitude and not acting as if she were the queen of the castle I would e given this place a stronger score. "

"Terrible experience, a young lady ran through the front door bleeding profusely from the face area with a angry..hostile man right behind her! The guy at the front desk looked at her…didn’t say a word…he then asked the angry man “what happened to her..” the angry man whispered something in the clerks ear and the clerk simply looked at the female and went back behind the desk "

"Staff was great. Rooms were clean everyday. Great place to stay at a great rate. Within 10/15 minutes from everything. "

"Breakfast was not good at all. Very little food or variety. The conditions of this hotel were bad and next to a train station which was very noisy so sleeping good was not an option. Not very clean room. "
