"This place is a gem. The well restored to near new condition in the 1950’s Motel was so much fun. Very well maintained with a great location in the heart of East Sturgeon Bay. I highly recommend this property if you’re up to a trip back in time!"

"Billy was an absolutely wonderful host. The property is gorgeous and clean. We spent a lot of time in the yard and especially swimming and hanging out by the pond. Technically the building/wall is shared by another unit (they are totally separate entrances and “houses”, just with a shared wall) but you would never know it by the amazing sound proofing. We never heard each once. The building is so well designed that very private feeling with the way it’s set up and a smart layout of trees and fire pits/relaxation areas. There’s plenty to do both outside and inside with floaties, a firepit, kayaks, paddle boats, etc. outside, and a pool table, fooseball, fireplace, games and more inside. Billy also gave us a recommendation for a bar nearby, Kitty’s, which we absolutely loved. You’re also only 10 minutes away from a Walmart super center which is great for when you need to run for mode food or supplies. Highly recommend Potawatomi State Park which is only a 15 minute drive and a great time. We were a large group of 20’s and 30 year olds, and the place next to us was a family with everyone from young grandkids to grandparents (and in between) and it was perfect for both very different groups of people. We were incredibly lucky to find this place, especially for a very large group. Don’t hesitate to book it. Being on both the Bay AND having a basically private swimming pond in the back - it was truly just an unbeatable find."

Beautiful Waterfront Home With Swimming Pond - North Unit

Beautiful Waterfront Home With Swimming Pond - North Unit

10/10 Excellent
"The property was spacious and right on the water with the bay out the back door and a lovely spring fed pond in the front. Our host, Bill, was out and about now and then so it was easy to chat with him instead of calling about general questions. We had seven adults and three teenagers and everyone had a wonderful time. My grandsons were totally all about the fishing and my granddaughter enjoyed the shopping and sightseeing. The lavender farm was a favorite and included a fun ferry ride. Some of the family went to the local gocart track and enjoyed those activities. Having the entertaining games in the basement was very cool. It was great to have a nice big kitchen table where we could eat together and also have family cards and games in the evening. For me, as the senior family member, just hearing my kids and grands laughing, talking, and just enjoying our time is the reason we do these yearly trips. Bill made this one one of the best. For me, sitting outside first thing in the morning with coffee and quiet was a recharge I needed! Thanks, Bill, for everything! The Hartzells and the rest of the family!"
