Was on 13 level so had to use (1 only, very slow lift) to check at reception. No Tea Bags or coffee pods. No notebook or pencil! Bathroom plug, stuck on 1st use. Could not release water in basin. Breakfast staff unfriendly. No juices for breakfast other than tomato juice. Stay of 3 nights. Will not return. Recommend a stay of one night as location next to train station convenient."

"Right next to the train station. My room has a perfect view of the mountain and the hotel also has sauna and a small gym on 2nd floor. Highly recommend and definitely would come back if I go to Salzburg next time "
