Palace Bonanza Playa Resort & SPA by Olivia Hotels Collection

"The Hotel is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a blocked shower our first night and it got fixed within 15 minutes. The pool area is stunning and drinks were very tasty especially the sangria. Breakfast was fab, so much choice and very fresh. I am coeliac and one of the waiter brought me out a Gluten Free basket of goodies. All in all we had a lovely 2 night stay and loved the rustic charm of the hotel and surrounding area."
HM Palma Blanc Hotel

"This hotel was great, especially the breakfast and the two pools. My least favorite part was actually the room, which was quite small and a long walk to get to. There was light coming from the sides of the windows and under the floor that were on all night, making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise the hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained and with excellent staff."

"I had an amazing stay at Hotel Roc Illetas! Everything exceeded my expectations, from the beautiful views to the incredible sea access. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. Our balcony had a gorgeous view and was definitely one of my favorite parts of the stay. The staff were also wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Overall, such a beautiful hotel in a stunning location, and I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again."

"The hotel is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. My room was comfortable and nicely kept, although it was a little on the small side and we had 2 single beds attached The gym was amazing and very well equipped, and the pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Mallorca. Parking is available on the street, but we were always able to find a spot relatively close to the hotel, which was very convenient. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. I found it a little expensive considering the variety of options available. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness, facilities, and overall condition of the hotel made it a great place to stay, and I would definitely consider coming back."

"One day all hotels will be like this… 50th treat / celebration, super staff. Muchas muchas grathias team Terreno for your welcome & +ve energy. A masterclass in relaxation from the moment we stepped in and enjoyed a drink on the terrace… chilled in the spa enjoyed long breakfasts (really very v good & the best cheesecake!), decompressed with the best massages (thank you Ruth - that was special), not forgetting the gym, rooftop terrace, club & pool, it was easy to stay, escape the heat and v hard to leave… we did but with big smiles and were well rested. Would love to revisit 😌🙏"

"Everything was great! Wish there s a shop at the hotel. The mini golf needs to be renovated. The staff members were great n friendly. The only confusing part was the maze from the front desk to the room or pool/beach."
