My room smelled so terribly of cigarette smoke I could barely stand it. This was supposed to be a non smoking room. When I texted management they offered to 1. Cancel my stay or 2. Get a more expensive room but I’d have to pay the difference. The 3rd option was to bring in some machine to clean the smell but I’ve had that before and it does nothing.

I appreciated the low cost. The highway was pretty loud.
Ive given my feed back several times already with no satisfaction. We had no tv,microwave coffee maker or refrigerator. Called the on site worker with mo help. The restroom was slso dirty. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.
Room was clean, bed was very comfortable.
This is a very basic room. Older hotel, nothing fancy but has everything you need for good nights rest after a long day of traveling. YOU CAN NOT BEAT THE PRICE for the Durango area. Very reasonable. Everything is done via e mail. New experience for me but the manager was quick to respond and very helpful.
I had a personal issue with my CC and they were extremly patient until I got it worked out. The one site person I met was a very kind and helpful lady. She made us feel welcome.
If you just want a basic, clean room at a good price, i recommend this hotel.
Great beds. No staff interactions since no front desk. Had some issues with checking in and getting door codes. That was frustrating but got it solved before we got to Durango. Traffic noise is pretty bad. A new door would help cut that down. Not a bad place for the price.
It was a great stay. We travel with an infant and the set up and microwave worked great for us. My only feedback is that it smelled so strong of cleaner that it made all our clothes smell like it.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Check-in was easy. No hairdryer available anywhere. Bathroom sink very very slow to drain. Road noise at night was very light, which was a nice thing. Location was very good
Nice and Convenient location, parking right in front of your room. Easy check in. Very clean and safe. Will definitely stay again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Only negatives were a noisy window style a/c which we needed to run a lot because it was stuffy in the room. And, the only green space was full of dog poop from the managers dogs. I always pick up my dog’s poop and was disappointed that I couldn’t walk through the grass or sit outside in the grassy area because of dog poop.
The kitchen had plenty of cooking wear, but didn't have dishes to eat on. The neighbors was alittle to noise late, but otherwise good.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The unit next door had a dog with white hair. The hair was everywhere outside. We tried using the security door chain. The door trim fell off and the screws were to short to provide security.
Loved that I could park in front of my door. Customer service A+
Older motel but renovated, clean and comfortable. Self check-in could not have been easier. I had a question about the Wi-Fi and sent a text message and heard back in less than a minute. Loved this place.
I haven’t seen her room this dirty and disgusting for over 40 years. This room shocked me. The mirrors , don’t get me started about the bathroom because that was obscene. If I told you what was in the bathroom on the walls they would probably take this post down avoid this place at all cost
Digital check in was easy enough. First glance the room appeared clean. The TV was mounted it a spot hard to see from the bed and couch. When we went to shower we found dirty wash clothes in the shower curtain. A quick 20 minute walk to get dinner downtown. Came back and wanted to turn the TV on the drown out highway noise, the TV and cable box were both unplugged and took nearly 20 minutes to reconnect. Our only interaction with staff was to get ice. She seemed very put out to let me into the room with the ice machine (no scoop, just a disposable plastic cup). We were only in town two nights for an event. Had it been any longer we would have looked for someplace cleaner.

Will choose another place.
The LVP floors were dirty when I checked in. The touchpad lock battery was nearly dead, making entry a multiple-effort exercise and required assistance by text to the get it unlocked the second night of my stay. I would have liked an interior deadbolt over the light-weight door chain for personal security. One of my traveling companions found evidence of drug use outside and inside of his room.
On the bright side, the lady doing laundry was very congenial.
