"Well located, clean, helpful staffers except at reception there were some staff who were not very sure of what they were doing, need more training and consistency in the information they provide especially for room charges. Otherwise a very pleasant stay, will stay there again."

"They were really attentive. The staff at the hotel was awesome. The rooms were always kept up. The pool side food was great, and for me the location was great, not alot of foot traffic like the hotels on the water but still had easy access to the beach and plenty of shopping. I will definitely be coming back."

"My wife collapsed (I suspect as a result of dehydration) just after we had checked out at reception. The duty manager was there in a flash and my wife’s collapse had been observed by one of the ladies at reception, who immediately called 911. The staff were very helpful. They even arranged for my wife and I to return to the room we had just checked out of so my wife could lay down and recover after the paramedics had finished with her. Very impressed with their level of concern. Highly recommend The Wayfinder as a place to stay in Waikiki."
