"Great location and hotel staff I only dealt with was the concierge. He was very professional and helpful. I was checked in and out very quickly which is always a good thing for me. The room was very clean and well equipped with the necessary items for a nice stay. Had one of the best restaurants J. Alexander's I had eaten at a few times in various locations. One of the best carrot cakes made and to be quite honest. I never liked carrot cakes but a few friends recommended the restaurant and...

"The most terrible experience the parking was full and I parked in the back I see a door close by and tried to bring my luggage in but I can’t. Later on when I’m in the room the guy on front desk go and treated me to cancel my room because he said I no supposed to use the door but they didn’t have signal to say anything that’s a exit door. And the room was dirty I need the manager contact me "

"That place needs to be shutdown was very nasty unclean didn’t even sleep in the room slept in my car couldn’t take or wouldn’t take a shower in there was yellow stained shower head broke the floor weak scared fall threw they put a piece of plastic over the soft spot making it worse toilet so yellow inside didn’t use it was a waste of money 0 out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend health department needs to shut that place down hallways smelt like weed and people was stripping cars in parking lot"

"Do not stay here. It's more like a shelter. Stains on the bedspread, broken security lock, broken trim, terribly repaired wall and doors. Hot & cold water were reversed on both the shower and sink. Outside conditions were beyond sketchy. Police we're out front when I left. I neglected to check the reviews before I booked the room. I could not guarantee my safety and comfort so I did not stay the night. "
