"My family and I had a great stay! The property was spacious and clean. It was actually a lot bigger than what I expected from the pictures. Each room had their own bathroom which was so nice and we enjoyed sitting on the balconies. Having central AC was definitely a plus. The host Debi was so nice and very communicative. She responded very quickly to any questions I had. The location is also amazing. The private beach path is close to the house which makes walking to the beach easy. The house is also walking distance to George’s, the boardwalk, ice cream, shops and the block island ferry. We had such a great stay!! We’d definitely love to stay again in the future."

"We had an amazing week full of ocean views, beach days, boat watching and fun all steps from this beautiful condo. We have stayed in many ocean side places and this was by far one of our favorite. The condo had everything we needed and we loved the decks and how bright it was. The hosts thought of everything in the kitchen and bathrooms. We were a family of four and we loved how convenient it was to talk or drive to all the nearby attractions."

"The property was really cute and in a great location, with a market with sandwiches and coffee right next door at the harbor. It had everything we needed for our stay in Rhode Island. There's plenty of parking and the A/C is top-notch.If you're coming from out of town, be advised that it's pretty standard practice for the rentals not to provide sheets or towels. They are rented through local companies that drop them off at your place. We're from Seattle, so that was new for us, but it was easy once we knew what to do.It's an adorable walkable neighborhood and a classic (updated) house from the 1900s that really gives you the RI vibe. We had a great time and would stay again."

"This waterfront home was beautiful--the pictures don't do it justice! We enjoyed our time exploring Rhode Island and using this nicely located home as our base. We took advantage of the fire pit and the included stand up paddle boards during our stay. Note that the only indoor staircase is a spiral one. Thanks for having us!"
