"Housekeeping doesn’t work every day front desk doesn’t always answer you with proper information. We stayed for two weeks and I had to make numerous request for housekeeping to change our linens due to the fact that housekeeping doesn’t work every day."

"I’m in my early 20s and I usually never write reviews, but this place is so bad. The room smells like weed and it was the opposite of quality. The couple in front of me request requested a new room because they found toilet paper in their bed. I tried to get a refund and they said that I’d have to go through the app I booked through. I booked a whole other hotel cause I couldn’t say there."

"The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn at the Portland Jetport were helpful and accommodating. I arrived right at the end Spring school vacation and they were EXTREMELY busy, but that never stopped them from answering all of my questions and they went out of their way to meet my needs."

"Check in was a nightmare. Key machine did not work and it took over an hour to get in to a room where the key only worked once. After finally getting in I was assigned a different room as we couldn’t get the key to work."
