"Always first class"

"My recent stay at The Orchard Hotel in Nottingham was exceptional in every sense. Having stayed here before and enjoyed such a fantastic experience, I chose to return — and once again, it proved to be the right decision. When travelling, the hotel you choose matters. A superb hotel adds greatly to your day, gives you confidence, and helps you deliver successfully in your tasks. The Orchard does exactly that. The staff were outstanding — attentive, professional, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond when needed. In some hotels, service can feel divided, but here I felt fully valued and looked after throughout my stay. The room was excellent and felt like a real upgrade from my previous visit — spacious, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. The food was also amazing: beautifully presented, carefully prepared, and of excellent quality. Everything — the staff, the location, the food, and the room — was exceptional. Although there was some noise from the room next door, it did not take away from what was otherwise an excellent stay. I highly recommend The Orchard Hotel to anyone visiting Nottingham. "The desk staff was amazing!"

"Even though I booked a single room it still felt very small considering what I'd been charged and the bathroom was tiny. Bedroom had no window so felt a bit like a prison. Bathroom window had a blind but no blackout curtain, and the bathroom door had a window, so light from outside streamed into bedroom and woke me up earlier than I'd planned. Had to put towel over bathroom door to block out light. Not enough room to hang clothes in wardrobe because there was a fan and an ironing board in the way. Bed was comfortable, had an undisturbed night sleep, however could hear music through the walls or ceiling from around 8, either from other guests or I think the cleaners must have started early. Breakfast was unremarkable, coffee in cafetiere had gone cold, and they'd run out of fruit and hadn't replenished it. No choice of pastries, just croissant. A very nice lady brought me a fresh coffee from the bar."

"It was a pleasant location for our stay. We enjoyed our room and the breakfast was very good. "

"Stayed here for a wedding as a family of four. Very nice room, a little bit on the expensive side but weighing up a taxi home 40 miles and breakfast it worked out about the same. Breakfast was very good. The drinks at the bar were a bit on the expensive side at £8 a pint but what can you do "
