"Stay was for one night, so hotel was well placed and convenient for what we required. Room was on the ground floor and had everything we needed. Lovely modern bar which was open when we returned from our concert in Sheffield."

"It is set in beautiful grounds, part of the Nottingham University campus and we found it to be very quiet, almost serene. There is an outdoor sitting area overlooking a lake. It is slightly unusual in comparison to a regular hotel, the layout is obviously geared to meetings and conferences but not an issue. The reception area doubles up as a bar in the evening. "Lovely Hotel, Room was very comfortable and TV in room was decent, my only gripe is that it has advertised there was a Gym here but on arrival i was told i would have to travel to another Hotel to use a Gym there. "

"The guy at the reception was amazing me and my friend love him he was njce to talk to and make some jokes with. The rooms were sightly cold especial that the bed by a window that isnt properly secured so you coukd feel cold wind, luckily there was warm air conditioning available. "

"Decor is a little bit tired, mostly clean although the shower head hadn't been cleaned in a long while. Staff were pleasant and helpful but have the air of someone that had been dragooned in to manning the desk due to wearing tracksuit bottoms and a puffer jacket. Quite quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Tea, coffee and kettle in the room. WiFi and mobile reception was not good. It was fine for my needs and I slept well."
