"The room was exceptionally clean. The staff definitely went far and above expectations to ensure we were well taken care of. They provided everything we needed or wanted. In my case they provided us with Misty the cat just when I needed one most, my cat had just passed away. I plan to stay at Luna Mystica every time I am in Toas. Nothing I have experienced in my travels ever came close. Thank you!!"

The cons which were expected given the type of hotel but that some won't like: shower is small, there is no coffee maker in the room. Staff is very friendly."
