Overall it was fantastic, the hotel and room was great, no hesitation. Excellent for families with more than 2 kids. The only issue we had was that the front desk staff that did the check in did not provide good customer service. The person looked like she did not care at all, I had to extract information, like Parking, Wi-Fi access, breakfast, etc. She may have been tired, I don’t know. Still, the rest of the staff was great, so I still rate my stay 5 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.
