"The staff at the QT was very professional and friendly. The hotel had neat Miami feel with mice dinning options. I enjoyed the pizza and calamari at the Stingray and I also enjoyed the sushi at the Izakaya that they had. The breakfast buffet was also done well. The only thing is that property was going through some renovations and the rooms need to be updated a tiny bit. "

"We had a great time staying at the RACV resort. Despite the raining and windy weather, the kids still managed to have a great time playing at the water park and the kids pool water was warm. We were originally very worried that the kids won’t be able to enjoy the facilities. The free games were also a bonus. We are also so appreciative of the hotel offering some chocolates for our anniversary! We’d love to come back again to celebrate other milestones. Highly recommended overall."

Clean room. Delicious but limited late night Room Service menu. Quiet hallways. Tap your payment card to gain first entry into parking garage. Looking forward to my next visit!"

"We stayed at Novotel Surfers Paradise for 3 nights, the beds were horrible and moving around badly and the bottom side of the beds sliding down, after I spoke to the receptions the manager called me and trying to move us to another room and apologised for the issues . The manager was very nice. Also she gave us complementary breakfast as apologised. "

"I have now stayed here twice. The first stay was a couple of years ago and it was terrific. Everything you might want. My most recent stay felt like a different hotel. Getting into the room was fine, but once in the room, we noticed some little things. Windows all had residue, cobwebs on the balcony furniture etc. We were told on check in that a room turnover cleaning service would happen once during our 5 night stay which perfectly fine. I called after 2 nights to request cleaning service, but returned that evening to no difference. I called again and was told our room was listed as cleaned, but our set of towels and soaps still remained where we left them. We were brought a fresh set of bath towels but nothing else, leaving us without bath mat, hand towels or face washers. This felt strange. Finally, not the hotels fault here, but a guest on our floor decided the entire first 2 days of our trip would be accompanied by her screaming in another language at the top of her lungs. Very, very weird. Could hear it through their door and into the bedroom of our suite. Hopefully the hotel is just having a down week."
