"Had to swop rooms twice as first room paint was scuffed, bed not clean. 2nd room (upgraded to superior) was right next to air con which kept me awake all night, has cracks in paint work and mould in bathroom. 3rd room was very nice. Staff were lovely and bar area was nice. Gardens beautiful. Rest of hotel (not shown in website) photos needs renovation with broken window in corridors, scuffed and peeling paint. "

"The heat in the room was intolerable even with a fan that was given. The AC clearly was not functioning and the room was at 29 degrees! When the staff was asked about this the only response I had was that the system is in the winter setting so heat is generated. A bit disappointed considering we have stayed previously. Most likely will never rebook again and go for other alternatives where the staff are more helpful and where the AC actually works! "

"First thing first, Reception guy was not welcoming or friendly at all. Then in room lights turn on and off automatically, moreover too much heating in the room and cooling system isn't working properly. Last thing i face is that receptionist who checked me in booked a safety money 50£ and said you can claim it when checking out, while checking out staff was changed and she doesn't know where he put my money and ask me mangers are saying if you can wait for an hour so he'll give me my money back. Anyhow she tried her best and find my money envelope after 10 minutes. Hotel is only ok not too much luxury as rated."

"Room looked very nice however smelt damp . We had to contact reception to change our room as the smell was awful . Staff were nice and helpful . Parking is not reasonable as everytime we arrive and leave the premises must pay £15 . Water bottle costed me £9.50 in hotel room , very expensive. Location is very good as located in the Wembley outlet . Overall would rate 4stars."
