"Impressive sized suite. Complimentary water, biscuits, tea and coffee making facilities, well equipped kitchenette area. Close to Wembley stadium and Wembley Park underground station. Modern interior, welcoming staff. The only negative thing was there was no shower gel in the bathroom dispenser. "

"If you have a car be aware this Best Western is near the City of London and is quite a congested area parking is often hard to find. as for the hotel I love the pre wwII building,decorstions and overall feeling , a step bck into a different time is what they are selling here. No A/C you are given (in your room) two small fans that usually do the job and in the spring becautious when opening windows as most or all have no screens to keep bees and wasps outside,a possible allegatic situation to someone that is highly reactive to bee stings."

"We booked a triple room but there was a leak in the room. We were then moved to a smaller room. When I asked the staff to be moved to another triple room as the alternative room they provided did not have a toilet seat. The staff refused to move me and said that I have to stay on the ground floor and not move to another room on a different floor. This did not make sense. Terrible staff and service."

"The room and communal areas were very clean, the room was beautiful. A few disappointments, we had no instant coffee in the room only coffee pods with no machine, our chosen breakfast wasn’t available and there was some miscommunication with the menu items, and the shower was very slow draining "
