"A completely relaxing 2 days; no clocks and nothing to do.Downside, no actual beach for swimming. At high tide water is all the way up to the sand cliff; low tide, it is way out there."

"Kim was very helpful and detailed with her instructions. My family of 4 loved the space and comfortability of the house it had everything you need from toiletries, to cooking utensils and things to take to the beach to make your stay more enjoyable. She was very responsive to messages/calls and overall very hospitable and friendly. Looking forward to our next stay!"
"Great house for a large group on the beach. I have owned properties on Sandy Beach. This beach is much more quiet and peaceful. A little market is down the road at the large condominium complex for ice and other small items. Walmart is a short 15 minute drive away."

"The house is beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and modern. Our only two takeaways was having to go upstairs to enter and the pool was empty . Otherwise, we really enjoyed having access to a private beautiful beach!"

"Overall, this was a great 1st trip. I had never been to Mexico before, so I didn't know what to expect. Plus we made it a family vacation. I have 4 kiddos, 3 with special needs and 1 toddler. Being on the beach made this vacation ideal for us. The only thing that would have made it better would have been adaptive beach equipment such as a beach wheelchair. Or a tent /umbrella to help keep the sun off the kids. Next time we will know what to expect and what to bring. Overall, it was a good experience. "

"This is a fantastic Rocky Point property. We’ve stayed at a lot of homes in Las Conchas, and this was easily the nicest. It is modern and has everything you’d want for a larger group. It also has a wonderful lot with great beach access and better views. And having a pool and hot tub is an added bonus. "

"This house was great! All bedrooms had a bathroom, but one. The rooms are very spacious, parking is great. They have a double car garage, driveway, and additional parking on the side of the house with a gate to secure your vehicles. I thought it was odd the kitchen is on the second floor but it was not a problem. Only one bedroom on the second floor, the rest are downstairs. The pool area is great. You do have ocean views but to get to the beach is a bit of a walk. Overall, I recommend this place! Very equipped, even has detergent which was great! "
