Great location, friendly , professional and accommodating staff

People are very friendly. They served me passionately. Facility and location are superb. I stayed at another 5 star hotel nearby , not as good as this one. Will definitely recommend to friends.

We loved our 7 night stay. The location is perfect and you can walk to restaurants, shops, the beach and train station from the hotel. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and are very helpful. We could not fault them in any way. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable. The rooms were quiet and some have a balcony. We loved this hotel and its location. The rooftop pool deck is great. 1.5 mile walk to Cascais, beautiful beaches right across the street, the train station to go to Lisbon is a 4 minute walk, and an Uber ride to Sintra is just around $20. It really is a great hotel and location.

We loved the Estoril Boutique hotel! Checking in was easy, the amenities were great, for a reasonable fee there's a parking garage below the hotel, and overall the hotel was beautiful! Property is stunning. The outside is modest so you can’t see how deep the property is and sizable the rooms are. We stayed in a suite for a lower price than other bigger known properties. The one issue was check in. I reached out weeks in advance for earlier check in and was told that if we paid a small fee we could guarantee it. Very clean and convenient, reminiscent of an old school Bed & Breakfast with some modern updates. There is no one manning the reception. Not an issue for most engagements but limiting for physical transactions.

If you have to go to a seminar at Estoril Casino this is a brilliant budget stay.

It is a small boutique hotel with everything fun, elegant and interesting! Very quiet in off season, my room was floor to ceiling glass that opened to a wonderful deck the street activities below but not loud. I wish I could stay here longer, much longer!!

Out of all the hotels that I have ever stayed in Europe, the Grande Real Villa Italia & Spa was the best hotel! Located in a beautiful beach community, this location is ideal for a wonderful outdoor pool and close to the water for beach adventures. Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in. The costumer service is amazing and everyone treated us like royalty. After checking in we were given a tour of the hotel which was beautiful and breathtaking (the photos online do not do this hotel justice). Exceptionally clean, with accommodating staff. Steps away from the National Palace, and tour bus stops. Minutes from the train station, but don't try to walk it with luggage. Restaurants, and shops just around the corner.
