"Perfectly situated next to the Castle/near the Vistula River and equidistant between the main square (market place) and the ICE convention center. Lots of churches, shops, restaurants on the walk through old town to the main square. Fiorentina restaurant at this hotel is excellent as well. "
"Lovely hotel, great location for the castle and old town. Really nice spa/pool to relax in after day of exploring. Really nice staff and great recommendations from the concierge. All transport arranged with the hotel and the drivers were fantastic.

"This was my first ever booking at an apartment and I was so pleasantly surprised. The high ceilings made the space feel so much bigger (not that it was small). Loved the kitchen and the bathroom was exceptional! Will keep this location on my list when returning to Kraków!"

Only potential downside might be some late-night noise, given its proximity to bars etc.

Only complaint is the breakfast wasn't the best. Not a great choice and not the best quality of ingredients. But it was ok and i would stay here again"

"This was a great apartment! It was exactly like the photos. Everything was in great condition and spotless - not a speck of dust, a single hair or even a fingerprint on the reflective surfaces and appliances! The windows, when closed, kept out all street noise except for the garbage and recycling. Yes, the air conditioning was odd that it was only venting from the foyer, but it wasn't hard to use like others have mentioned (and there are instructions taped right by the controls). "This hotel is modern on the inside but has the Krakow style on the outside. Breakfasthad a very varied choice. Only a 2km walk to the Town Square. Lots of places to eat and drink , you will not be short on choice. Plenty of cafes for a coffee, pastry, ice cream to rest your feet as there are lots of sites to see. Hotel staff were very helpful before and during our trip. Would highly recommend The Plaza Boutique "
"I’ve stayed here twice now and noticed many upgrades from the first time. Friendly staff! If your room is facing the street it is a little loud but the hotel provided earplugs. Room cleaning was later in the day but not an issue."
