"Very friendly staff …clean and helpful"

"This is a very very beautiful property! From the lobby to the outdoor seating lounge to the comfortable room, this hotel was a nice surprise. I thank the front desk staff who greeted me. They were incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property!"

"This hotel has bugs. I had to send pictures to my company so they would stop booking this hotel. I’ll never stay here again!!"

"Everything was good no problem at all will stay again."

"Got 3-4 calls from front desk in the middle of the night because Expedia messed up my booking. Had to pay for two nights when I booked just one. Most unprofessional hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Expedia gave me a full refund for how bad my experience was."

"Great place to stay"

"Overall very pleased with the hotel and the room. Our room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located. The pillows were the square type, which are not my favorite, and they weren’t very comfortable. The bed, however, was very comfortable. A few small complaints: The tub faucet dripped unless the handle was turned extremely tight. (This was reported to the front desk). There was a frozen bottle of something left in the fridge and it had busted and left some residue in the door."

"The beds were comfortable and clean the bathtub was a little dirty but nothing crazy. The breakfast was kinda disappointing all they had was tiny bagels and waffles cereal and very watered down coffee and juice."

"There’s some questionable activity occurring at this hotel. I saw an exchange of goods in the back of the hotel near the green turf. This is super scary because hotel is deep in the cut, no one even knows its back there. It’s the perfect breeding ground for this type of behavior. I don’t recommend this hotel for safety reasons."

"While traveling for a family gathering, the SpringHill was selected first for location. We were greeted by friendly staff who helped us find local retailers for special need items. The rooms were clean and welcoming. Breakfast menu provided choice for everyone!"

"It was a good stay except for the pillows and the low water pressure at the sink."

"Very friendly staff. Check in was great. Clean room and great location."
