"Room was super clean. Staffs were very friendly. Their own restaurant was excellent!"

"The staff was nice , but the room was terrible very dirty. It was hair and hair stains on our bed when we got there they changed our room only to give us another dirty room."

"Great location and fun modern chic decor. Only the poorly designed sink and partially transparent wall between the bathroom and bedroom let down a bit. Overall, a great choice for Philadelphia."

"Very Good!"

"Very nice staff and room. Only complaint I asked for additional water and they said they didn’t have any"

"Espectacular 👌"

"We liked the location of the hotel. The parking and unloading situation is very inconvenient. I didn’t receive anything beforehand to know you had to unload on a different street from the front door on Chestnut St. I asked for queen bed; I had two twin beds in room!"

"Great place to stay"

"Property has stained carpet, bathroom sink was stopped up and faucets leaked. Floor eleven smelled of stale cigarettes. Hotel adds $20 per night charge to Expedia price per night for no reason. The location of the hotel is great."
