"3 nights here for family trip. Charming hotel. Wonderful location in heart of Vienna near shopping and restaurants. Staff were very helpful. Speakeasy bar at hotel was cozy and lovely for a before or after dinner cocktail. Less American style and more old European but we enjoyed our stay. "

"Hotel is an easy walk from the CAT station (CAT is airport train). Room was amazing; spacious, clean and comfortable! There is a laundry room available for guests but it does cost (about 8 euros) and you have to have internet to use. Food was great there but check with staff on timing because I found that confusing."

"Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at check‑in, which immediately made the experience feel special. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently polite, friendly, and welcoming. Our Junior Suite was extremely spacious, and the balcony was an unexpected highlight — the view of the city was incredible. The bathroom was also impressively large, with both a bidet and a toilet, which added a nice touch of comfort and convenience. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t speak to the dining options, but everything else about our stay was excellent. We would happily return."
