"Airport Transfers!! This was our feedback to the hotel directly: Gd morning! Sadly, to say that the airport transfers and vehicles were conducted very poorly! On arrival, it was hard to find the staff at a point called Aura, it was a crowded hustling marjet place! After going through 14+ hours of flight, and enduring the cold, Smokey environment whilst waiting for the driver, once we had secured contact with Aura representative, we were hustled in a group to a remote area in the airport parking lot and told to get into an old vehicle, ranked of smoke with 3 other passengers! Transfer back to airport yesterday morning was pre booked for 10.30 am, we were ready and waiting in the lobby by 10 am and driver was late! A rickety, old, dirty VW van arrived and announced a different name for pickup, but reception told him ride was for us and before we could object to getting into this vehicle, we were ushered in! I did manage to tell the receptionist that this was not we were told to expect! Stepping inside was a horror! It was so dirty and worn out reaked of bad smell! My eyes were watering and the extreme smell of cigarettes smoke, took our breathe away! I have severe asthma, and had to use my inhaler multiple times! We are truly upset and horrified by the whole experience."

"MISLEADING HEADING (not close to airport at all) 1. Nice hot shower 2. Clean 3. Plated basic breakfast (not buffet) I hard egg, bread, jams, 4 slice meat, cucumber, tomato, coffee and juice. 4. NO FREE SHUTTLE to and from airport . They offer 1 way free and your responsible for the second part. So if this is a place to crash for the night to go to airport, add $30 USD to your total. 5. 25 minutes from airport. I find their heading misleading, this is not close to airport at all !!!!! 6. Reception area smells like cigaret "

"Hotel was very nice and huge. The room was spacious as well as Clean. The shower didn’t have a door so the floor would be soaking wet once the shower was turned on.Other than that our stay was great. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, the highlight of my stay. The staff was cordial but they didn’t speak English. I met a doorman Enrique Lui on our second to last day who was able to speak to us in English. He showed us how to take the bus and the train which was a major help to us. Thank you Enrique "

"I used this hotel for transfer. This hotel is so clean and there are nice bed clean shower, toilet and free water. If you are thinking to find a hotel for transfer I super recommend!! From🇯🇵"
