"A lovely modern hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a big choice of food. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was excellent and a good size for a hotel pool. The only downside was that the area was very busy, with lots of traffic, but you could not hear any traffic noise in the room. Highly recommended."

"I am extremely disappointed by the behavior of your reception staff, especially Özgür and Ardan. The night before, I clearly asked to extend my stay and was told me the price per night. When I asked to pay immediately, I was told that the extension would have to be handled with the morning staff. The next morning, instead of handling the situation professionally, I was treated with complete disrespect. Özgür was aggressively knocking on my door as if I had begged for the room, and Ardan spoke to me horribly on the phone, insisting that I leave the room immediately because “other clients were arriving,” as if I was some kind of problem instead of a paying guest. This situation happened because of your staff’s lack of organization and communication, yet I was the one treated badly for it. The way they spoke to me and handled the situation was unacceptable, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. A hotel should hire receptionists who are trained in hospitality and know how to speak to clients properly. No guest deserves to be treated this way. Horrible experience! avoid this place."
