"The hotel is seriously overpriced for what it offers. The quality of the accommodation and service simply does not match the premium rates being charged. What was particularly disappointing is that it was never made clear during the booking process that our room would be located in the second building, which was far less appealing than the main property. This lack of transparency felt misleading. The balcony was another letdown—completely unusable, with no view at all and adding no value to the room. For the price paid, we expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the hotel did not deliver the level of quality or honesty that guests should reasonably expect."
