"The hotel itself had a nice ambiance to it. It felt like high end, 1999 decor but well maintained. I had a corner unit which offered a lot of space and great views. The hotel was pleasantly quiet. Taxis were easy to get. Breakfast was included and had a good bit of variety."

"It is a nice property but they really need to sort their central heating as you cant change the setting and in the night the temperature goes up to 27 degrees. Not a single night I had a pleasant sleep!!!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful right from the beginning. They were very knowledgeable on popular tourist spots. they offered helpful services like shuttles; especially if you do not have a car. The hotel was located in a great spot if you prefer to be in a more quiet area. It was about 10-20 mins to get to most tourist locations. Adding the breakfast option was clutch. The 10th floor offered a great view of the landscape and the food/options were great. Again, the staff was very friendly. There is a nice little gym for those who want to get a quick workout in. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Special shoutout to guest relations and manager Muhammad Savuncu; everyone was very kind. My family and I recommend this hotel. 5 stars for us. We will be coming back when staying in Istanbul."
