"The house was very clean. The neighborhood is very peaceful quiet. The back yard is HUGE. They provided yard games also! The fire pit is nice and big too. We have a 8 and 10 year old and they had good time. They played outside and we didn’t have to “worry” about them. The beach is a short walk to a private beach. It was a fun vacation and nice home! We recommend and give it a 10/10!!! "

"Such a great property along the lake. Perfect location right between Caseville and Port Austin, each with plenty to see and do. Wonderful views of sunset from the main living room as well as the 2nd floor suite. Easy beach access (small staircase with hand rails) to a wonderful, sandy and shallow beach. Plenty of space for our group of 9. Quick responses ahead of stay to all my random questions and quick responses during our stay for some minor issues that were resolved promptly. Property also has some smaller units that I’m sure could be booked to accommodate larger groups. Plenty of outdoor seating and space to enjoy without feeling crowded. We would definitely recommend this property and will definitely keep it in mind if staying in the area again"

"My husband and I found the Blue Spruce Motel to be perfect for our long weekend stay in Port Austin. Easy walking distance to everything in town, and to the beach. Our room was clean, there was not a single thing to complain about. Pool was clean…we did not jump in but we did sit a while with our feet in, relaxing. "
