"Clean room and very friendly staff with prompt service. However, the pillows are terrible. I almost considered buying some pillows just to get me through the trip."

"No breakfast included but there’s a CB offer shop off the lobby and a great breakfast place 1.5 blocks south - a 3 minute walk. Beautiful rooms - we’ve stayed in several. The most comfortable beds co in any hotel ever. The TV remote needs attention. I forgot to mention that to staff."

"Bianca, the receptionist was excellent, so nice and sweet and we were upgraded without even asking. She also asked if we wanted the city side or the courtyard view. The best service I’ve had in years she really made our vacation with her helpful suggestions of great restaurants and city activities. We love Bianca. Also the room was very clean and nice. The halls were clean and it was very enjoyable. I also like the that the doors were locked after 10 I felt very secure and safe thank you Belltown."

"Room was dirty, hair on walls, dust everywhere, windows broken and would not stay open, AC didn’t work and was blowing hot air, shower door broken, shower handle difficult to turn on. Loud and next to bus stop which is busy all night long and early morning. Had issues with checking in via self check in both times I stayed here, first staff member was super helpful and kind, second staff member was not helpful and receptive when I told him I already had an issue with their self check in and needed the front desk to do it, made me try self check in (which did not work again) before he would do it on his computer."

"Overall our stay was amazing! We had a beautiful room with lots of natural light and a great view. Jamal, who checked us in, was very helpful throughout our stay, as was the rest of the staff we encountered. There was lots of on-site parking which was very easy to access and set up when checking in. Overall, wonderful experience!"

"Please be careful when you advertise that you have a restaurant on the premises. The bar is not a restaurant. This was one of the reasons we chose your location. It would have been helpful to have a list of close by, local restaurants that the could be provided to guests when they check in."

"The buffet styled breakfast was perfect. Zero complaints from my picky eats. We also ate the the restaurant, pasta was very bland but all else was so delicious. Focaccia was amazing and the kids pizza as well. All around great choice for our overnight stay! "

"Note that if you book a room through a secondary site it doesn't tell you that there is a "resort fee." The pool was closed, which was disappointing. Beds comfortable, everything clean, very fancy pour-over coffee maker in the room. The floor boards in our room squeaked loudly every time we walked. No breakfast. We booked this hotel for the moderate price but by the time all the fees were added, it was no longer moderate."
