"We have stayed in this community many times but our first time at this condo. The place was exactly as it is described. It was clean with all the amenities you would need already there in the condo. The beds were comfortable and clean, they had perfect internet and great TV, had plenty of towels and wash cloths and the air conditioner kept the place comfortable. Only issue we had was some sugar ants in the kitchen, which are very common in Florida. Didn't bother us at all but I let the owner know about them. He had someone over very quickly and they were gone by the next morning. The owner Greg was great to deal with and even reached out to see if there was anything he could do or help with to make our stay better. The golf course and the new pool were great as always. We will try to stay here again next time we come down."

"A very nicely decorated 2nd floor condo with a view of a pond. The owner eliminated the patio to use the full space. It was nice having the extended living area. Lots of comfortable seating. The kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs. Comfy bed with ample storage in the bedroom to unpack your clothes. The main pool is finally open and it was a short walk to it and the golf course. Great communication with the owner. We had some questions and he was quick to reply. Although the summers are hot, my husband and I enjoy going this time of year as there are no crowds. Ocean Village is a great place to go for a variety of activities. And they now have pickleball. We would definitely choose to return to this condo. "

"Third time we've stayed at Ocean Village, but first time in this condo. It was well-furnished and had everything we needed. The bed was fabulous!! Our only complaint would be that the golf course was closed on multiple days and it wasn't as close to the beach as we thought it would be. If we come back to Hutchinson Island in the future, we will stay here again!"
