"We were in town for a wedding and elected to stay at the family owned Overlook Hotel. This hotel is under renovation and coming along nicely. The rehabilitated buildings come with luxurious fixtures and relaxing decor. A perfect retreat! Being that it is just up and running, some ammentities will need to catch up. If your stay in the near future requires anything in particular, be sure to communicate with the owners- i am certain the be sure you have all you need!"

We ended up going out for breakfast down the street, which cost us an extra $60. The laundry area was also neglected, with about a quarter inch of dust on the washer and dryer. For the price of this hotel, I would recommend staying somewhere else."
