Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. "This is an amazing place to stay. Family friendly. The staff is absolutely great. They have ping-pong tables, fuzzball, a place for fireplaces, kitchen. I absolutely loved my stay and will be back for sure."

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"The property is a bit dated but the kindness of the staff and the INCREDIBLE views won me over. Even though the hotel is a bit older, I slept wonderfully and the food in the restaurant was fantastic! (We had pork with spatzle, chicken soup, Dubai Chocolate drink and an Aperol Spritz).
