"Great host and nice, convenient home"

"Accommodations were clean and as expected from information. Hosts were great. The only thing I would add is a small bar of soap in the showers would be a nice touch as shopping is limited on the island and if you arrive after store hours and didn't pack soap, you'd be disappointed. Otherwise, we enjoyed this home/condo very much and would not hesitate to reserve again."

"Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. The beach itself was very pet friendly! We found a pet friendly restaurant about 10 min drive away that was great for dinners. We made one trip to the grocery store and we were set for the few days we were there for the other meals. The small full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker and stove made the rest of the meals easy. Overall great experience!"

"We had a wonderful time at Bonito Bungalow. The home had everything we needed and the space and location was perfect. Very well stocked kitchen (with sharp knives!) and plenty of supplies to get us through our stay (dish tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.). The home is also centrally located on the island - close to the beach access (less than 5 minutes), pools, stores, playgrounds and restaurants. The home was also decorated beautifully and had a very cozy vibe. The golf cart included was so fun to ride around on and get places easily and they also stock beach towels and beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage. Communication with Barbie and Matt was wonderful! They were very responsive via VRBO messaging or text. They also provided wonderful restaurant recommendations, and lots of other recs on the paperwork they provide, like where to find the best sunset location or where to find shark teeth on the beach. All the info you would need they provide, which we really appreciated. We decided to use the amenity cards (extra fees) because our favorite pool (and the only heated one) is at the Cabana Club and does require amenity cards for entry. Most of the restaurants and pools on the island also require amenity cards as well. But you can easily not purchase those if you don't plan on using the pools and there are plenty of restaurants within 30 minutes of the island worth visiting. Highly recommend staying at Bonito Bungalow!"

"Wonderful vacation! Such a great location with everything we needed for a memorable family getaway. Praises to the property manager as we had a short-lived issue with the air conditioning unit that was resolved immediately (after normal hours). Kudos!! Thanks."

"Very nice house for a crowd. Well stocked kitchen, nice toys to use at the beach, zippy golf cart. Fabulous view from the house and porches. Only issue we had was out of the control of the property manager: internet was out, and the utility company did not come to repair for 7 days. Cell service is terrible on that point of the island, so out of touch for a solid week. Would not have been too bad except that several family members had to work and were not able to do so on the property. Overall however, a very nice vacation on beautiful Fripp Island and I would recommend the property. "

"Awesome property! There were 15 of us and the space was perfect- the table held all of us for meals! Open kitchen into living room was awesome and having our own pool was great for the kids. Hostesses attention to small details and availability was much appreciated. The family unanimously voted to come back to this property next time!"

"Wow! What an amazing place! The pictures posted are beautiful but this home is even better in person! There are so many areas within the house that allow you those amazing ocean views and if you want to be a little closer you can step onto the incredibly large deck area on the back of the home. The living room was large, cozy and open and allowed for everyone to be comfortable. We found it to be very clean and the kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, glass and utensil you could possibly need. Kathy was so friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with. She was quick to respond to our questions and made us feel very welcomed! It was so difficult to pack up and leave such an amazing place! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend others do the same. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We found the stairway to be challenging bringing in our food, language & coolers. We loved the Island, beach & marsh view from the back deck. Thank you!"
