"It is impossible to even walk in before your check in time at 3pm. Therefore i had to carry my bags around for 3 hours before I could finally drop them off. There are no showers on the dorm floor and so you have to climb up a steep staircase to get to them. There is literally no staff and therefore no one to actually help locate things/solve problems. "Excellent central location in the heart of the city, in a beautiful historic building with elegant, stylish interiors. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with an excellent selection. Great additional facilities, including a sauna, gym, and convenient underground parking. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"Great hotel & location. Very nice staff. Would stay again!"

"Great hotel- clean, comfortable rooms, convenient location to public transportation, a hearty breakfast variety for a reasonable price. We will stay there again if we return to the area!"

"The hotel is in an excellent area near the 2 castles. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only reason a few 4 star comments is our door to the patio off our room was broken and would fall inward, when we closed it and locked it, it would stay closed just wasn't able to walk outside. The food was good at the restaurants just wish they would have been open past 8:30pm. Also wish the pool area would be open past 8:00 pm. Other than that the hotel was great."

"Clean room, great food and staff is very nice and easy to park"

"The staff were outstanding, especially Gonzalo!!The breakfast is wonderful! Our room on the top floor was a bit cramped, and bed was uncomfortable, but the view was great and the service and staff made up for it. Just make sure you book a large room."

"Clean room, spacious, nice breakfast. Would be nice to have coffee/microwave in the room"
