"The facility is a little dated and distant from public transportation. You will need to utilize either a taxi or the provided shuttle to Kawaguchiko station. Otherwise, every single room has a stunning view of Mt. Fuji, the public bath is nice enough, the breakfast is pretty good, and the staff were helpful with English-speaking guests. "This is a clean and wonderful place to stay as you are passing through this town. Free parking. Access to laundry. Rooms are small but comfortable and more importantly clean. Easy access to lake and lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is always a great perk but it is not buffet style and choice is limited to japanes option vs non japanese ( egg sandwich). I would stay here again however if passing through."

"I booked this quadruple room as it faced Mt Fuji. Figured staying there would give me a better chance to see it! You could only see it from one bed however so that was a shame. The room was in the small size for 4 adults, but we did manage to put our 4 suitcases out the way and the toilet, sink snd shower are in separate areas which was handy. They have the most comfortable pyjamas! We also had our best meals nearby, ral local izakaya with great food. Easy train to Kawaguchiko which takes minutes. Recommend the traditional village on the green Seiko bus line (tourist bus)."

"The big downside was we had a room with a bad view. They have rooms that face the lake which would have been much better. So if you go here, ask for the lake view. They have wonderful spas and the food and customer service is very good. Wonderful traditional Japanese food. Nice downtown area though it closes by 5 pm. Very near the train station and they have a shuttle to pick you up. The spas were very nice including a stone tub with hot water."

"Staff was great. Just disappointed with all the construction and power outages so we couldn’t use all amenities. The amusement park needs more maintenance and gardening care. The shuttle was good but wished more connections with local festivities and programs and run longer in the evening for peak hotel season."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We booked the half-board package (one night with dinner and breakfast), and both meals were delicious. We especially loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The only minor disappointment was the rooftop foot bath, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others."

"The room was so large and beautiful. The complimentary shuttle service comes in very handy. Though the rainy season blocked the view of Mount Fuji, the area itself was so beautiful and serene. The front desk staff were all very kind. The only things I would improve are the laundry machines—they’re severely outdated and there’s only 2 washers and dryers on the entire property, and during the dinner, we were not permitted to select different options…our family of 7 (minus the one child) had to all get the same item according to staff."
