"The breakfast selection was decent. I enjoyed the coffee. My only complaint would be the pillows sucked. They were flat and the sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed. So you might want to bring pillows from home. "

"I booked a king suite and after checking in and entering the room, it was NOT a suite but rather just a king room with no chairs or sofa. The night staff person was very cordial but said that there were no king suites available. What is the purpose of reserving a particular type of room only to find out that none is available? We were given a substandard room that looked like a construction zone! I was refunded a seemingly small amount for the inconvenience, but I believe I should have been refunded the entire amount of the room to which we were assigned. I've stayed at this property many times but will probably stay again: there is no guarantee that I'll be given the room I booked. Thank you."
