He was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When he was not able to find a room available at that hour for the category that we have booked, he upgraded us to another room that was available, thus allowing us to check in early. He also invited us to enjoy the wonderful breakfast! The hotel is very well located, within walking distance to many of the attractions in Lisbon. The room is clean, simple and tasteful. The hotel serves delicious cakes, pastries and cookies along with tea and coffee during the afternoon, which added to the enjoyment especially after a long day of touring and sightseeing.
