"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this chalet over Christmas and New Year! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the chalet itself exceeded all expectations—spotlessly clean, warm, and wonderfully comfortable. Perfect for six adults, it was fully equipped for cozy dinners in after long ski days. Despite having just one toilet, it never caused any issues, and we always had plenty of hot water for showers.The little extras made it even better: a warm, easily accessible boot room and a great selection of DVDs and games (not even mentioned in the listing!). The host’s local agent checked in on Christmas Eve, which was such a thoughtful touch.The only minor downside was the lack of parking and the icy walk from the bus stop, which might be tricky for beginners or families with young kids. For us, it was no problem—the bus stop at the bottom of Crete Cote was super convenient. Our older kids hired skis at Sport 2000 Plagne 1800 and rented a locker near the lift, making mornings and evenings stress-free. They even made a ritual of warming up by the fire at La Mine Bar for a quick drink before heading back for a cozy night in!With buses running so frequently, we won’t bother hiring a car next time. "Great ski in ski out property in the massive Paradiski area. Staff are super helpful, apartments are spacious and well equipped for the price. This was our 4th stay at Front de Neige which says it all."

"The property is fantastic, HOWEVER:1) It isn’t ski in/out (at least a 300m walk before you ski through trees to the slopes to get to a red run. We had to drive every day and we’re experienced skiers!2) The room configuration is NOT what is on the website (actual configuration is three doubles, one single, one room with two bunk beds). This made our lives hard as we had told children which rooms they would be in, based on description. We did have a couple of issues while staying, but they were fixed VERY QUICKLY. The owner (local contact) were excellent. "

"Nice place. Not sure why cleaners can’t empty dishwasher, cleaners don’t come till checkout. Have to put everything away clean, clean kitchen, take rubbish out.. no biggy but good to know.. Pool and ‘hot’ jacuzzi could have been warmer.. nice bar, no restaurant- but a few down the road. I’d say it’s ski in and just about ski out.. would stay again- it’s pretty new and modern.."

"Stayed here for a week's skiing. Ski in/out for blue run skiers. Ski/Boot room requires some work but perfectly safe for equipment. Apartments are great with good bread/pastry service in the morning. Pool and spa is a good facility, particularly for the kids"
