"This was the perfect place to visit with our kids and their Boston Terrior. It was quiet, clean, convenient and had parking. The host was so kind and helpful. We will be staying again. "

"The location of this hotel is amazing. It was just a 4 min walk to Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle area. The staff are exceptional and the roof top deck overlooking the water and city is absolutely stunning. There are also lots of great restaurants nearby to choose from. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Our room, unfortunately, faced Aurora Ave and all night I slept fitfully, waking to the sound of cars racing up and down the street. It was so loud. We even brought sound machines from home but it didn't help. Oddly enough, we had just spend 4 nights in a hotel in dow town Seattle, where we slept peacefully because the hotel was able to buffer the sound much better. Another issue was that although there were blackout curtains in the room, in both the main bedroom and in the living where our children slept, the curtains would not close all the way, thus letting an incredible amount of light pollution in. None of us slept well at all. One of the elevators was broken so we had to wait around for it quite often and it wasn't clear if it was going up or down. I would not stay here again. "

"A decent place to stay when exploring the Ballard area. Walking distance to everything. Room was small and well-equipped. Walls are very thin, so having earplugs provided was much appreciated. Seems strange to offer a coffee machine in the room without mugs, but we walked downstairs to the kitchen to grab one. Walls need a good clean, but everything else was pretty good."

"Stay was exactly what we were expecting. Listing is accurate. Rooms/beds were comfortable. Neighborhood and upstairs renters were quiet. Having a designated parking spot was great. Washer/dryer was good to have as well. Host was easy to reach if needed. Nightly rate was good compared to similar listings. Would stay there again. "

"Location is excellent. Right in the middle of the Sunday Market, and within easy walking distance of many fine restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, and the Nespresso machine a welcome amenity. "

"This was a spacious, light, bright and very clean unit. Four floors, each one was well appointed. The roof top balcony had a great view of Ballard. The balcony had a small piece of furniture. It would have been nice to have a table with chairs, bbq or some decor on the balcony. The adjacent balcony did have a dog and lots of dog poop on it. So we didn’t spend much time there. But it didn’t matter as the kitchen was great, and the table was long and welcoming for our group of six. Plenty of seating and extra blankets. "
