"Staff was at the desk but had me use a kiosk with a live person on camera. Noisy guests or workers right outside my room until well after 10pm. Called the front desk and took forever and a couple calls to get a person. Saw roaches. Asked for a crib since it says they are available. They said they don’t have cribs. Their “hot breakfast” consisted of bread for toast, cereal, and muffins. Overall, This was one of my worst experiences while traveling"

"Absolutely recommend this hotel…the breakfast was amazing and the staff was incredible. Clean rooms, excellent amenities! It also has two amazing places to eat right next door and across the street!"
