Not only did a staff refuse to look at me or say hello, but that staff actually laughed when I asked about my reservation and told me to "come back at 3." The issue wasn't the room availability; it was the blatant, mocking attitude. That staff continued to laugh at me as I walked out the door. I returned later and explained the situation to the afternoon desk clerk, requesting to speak with a manager. They never contacted me. The first point of contact sets the tone for the entire stay, and at this hotel, that tone is one of contempt for the guest. The total lack of management response proves that this "service" is the standard here. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere that actually values your business."
