"The hotel is far from luxury, for 100$ more we could’ve stayed at st Regis. Big mistake. We only picked this hotel for the reason of being a landmark hotel but pictures are decieving. Everyone should be aware that the hotel is only one of the buldings in the picture the other building looked like it was some sort of aid which affects the crowd in the restaurant. The staff are friendly but front desk wasn’t so much of a help Valet guy AK was amazing he was the best part of the hotel. They check us into a room where it might have been a corner room and it was tight for a superior deluxe king room it felt way overrated "

"We werent unsatisfied with the room for the price we paid. The AC did not seem to work well. The pillows seemed to be a bit on the worn side. We had to request housekeeping each day. "

"Overall a good stay at The Melrose Georgetown Hotel — nice room, good atmosphere, and great location. A couple of things to note: the AC wasn’t working properly, and the room stayed in the 70s even when adjusted. We arrived late and couldn’t get assistance, so we had to open the window to cool it down. Also, valet parking is offered without clearly stating the cost upfront (around $80), and there’s an additional daily historical fee that isn’t very transparent until checkout. Aside from that, everything else was smooth and comfortable."

"The location is ideal! A lot of restaurants very close and walkable distance for the tourists places. Clean and nice rooms. The staff was very friendly and communicative. Although for the end of the season (winter) the city does not allow the hotel to use heat they provide us a couple of warmers and solve the problem. There are parking spots at the property. My family wanted to stay again ! "

"A great stay at the Plaza Hotel! The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The hotel room was very clean, and 3 complimentary bottles were given to us every day. The room technically had 3 rooms— the main room with a tv and table, a kitchen with a stove, fridge, and table, and the vanity room that lead into the bathroom. A pleasant surprise it was to have so much space! "
