"My room and bathroom had not been updated in over 40 years!! Old amenities made the whole place kind of sad and it felt dirty even though I am sure it was cleaned. And the door did not have a chain or even a heavy duty lock. I travel several times a month and have for over 30 years this is the first time I have had to put a chair under the door."

"This was a very quiet and clean hotel. Nothing fancy, a little dated, and seemed more like a place for people coming to work and stay a few days than if you're a tourist wanting to have a more upscale experience. There isn't a bar in the hotel so you'll need to venture to find one so there isn't a hang-out and chill vibe in the lobby, it's just get in and out. The staff were very nice and it's a convenient location to get all around the city."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness really stood out. The location couldn’t be better — you can walk to plenty of restaurants and cafés, which made exploring the area super convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience and definitely a place I’d stay again."

"The staff, especially Tyler, were accommodating and helpful. Main issue was with the hotel lighting designer and some lay out features. When coming off the dark elevators onto the guest floor the LED wall lights are BLINDINGLY bright to the point of painful. The first room I had also had blindingly bright bedside lights and bathroom lighting. LED bulbs are available in dim-able soft white but the hotel's lighting designer only knows the color of super bright daylight and ALL lights in the room are way too hot, bright and can't be turned down. The first room I had also did not provide a view of the TV from the bed. The TV faced a less comfortable sitting area opposite the bed. The beds were comfortable. Tyler arranged a switch to a room with the better layout and I am grateful."
